Delivery & Returns Delivery Subject to availability, orders will be despatched via a next working day delivery service. Goods can be delivered any time between 9am and 5.30pm. A signature will be required upon receipt, please ensure that a member of staff is available to receive the delivery. An additional re-delivery charge may be levied if any delivery attempt fails. Returns All items can be returned within 21 days after receiving them. All items will be inspected by our Returns Department upon receipt. All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and if possible, in their original packaging. Any items that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted. In these instances we will advise you of the reasons why the garments have not been accepted and the garments will be retained or returned if requested. Please ensure that a copy despatch note is enclosed with all returned items, along with details of why the items are being returned. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are returned without this information.
